I have a boat stereo that is not working. I have a 25" Doral with after market deck, anp, and subs. Everything worked fine untill 2 months ago. I can fad the sound into the lower cabin but I get no sound on the deck where the 2 subs and 4 speakers are at. The funny thing is when I first turn everything on. It works for 2 or 3 min. Then the whole upper speakers subs and 4 speakers stop working. What do you think the problem is?.

Sounds like a amp inside the deck is giving U issues. Make sure the power is 12+ volts at the radio. Test the speakers at the deck with short wires and see if it keeps losing the speakers. If so then U might want to think about a new deck. They don't seem to last very long.
